POST VACANT (Team Leader)


MADELINE O’DONNELL (Administrator) [ photo ]
As a Marketing and Psychology graduate with over ten years experience in a corporate environment Madeline has both theoretical knowledge of the sales and marketing process, and hands on experience of developing new business in a variety of industry sectors. Madeline’s experience in Administration and Customer Service are beneficial to the role of Commercial Training Team Administrator enabling her to meet the needs of each client in a friendly and professional manner.
RAY PRIOR (Training Instructor) [ photo ]
Ray Prior joined the fire service in 1966. He served as a firefighter and junior officer at various fire stations throughout Berkshire. He was responsible for developing and overseeing operational staff training when the Brigade’s Water Rescue Unit was introduced. Ray completed his career path as a Breathing Apparatus Instructor at the Training and Development Centre in Reading. He finally retired from operational duties in 1997 and is now a Commercial Training Instructor. In 2007 Ray completed the Fire Protection Association’s Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management course at Warwick University.

MALCOLM JURY (Training Instructor) [ photo ]
Malcolm Jury started his fire service career in 1967, serving in both Service Delivery and Training departments. On promotion to Station Manager in 1988, Malcolm joined the Technical Fire Safety department with responsibility for Slough’s large trading estate. During this time he gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of fire safety and fire investigation. On retirement in 2001, he immediately took up his present post as a Commercial Training Instructor. In 2006 Malcolm successfully completed the Northern Ireland Fire Safety Panel’s Diploma of Fire Risk Assessment.
